In the name of Allah for seeking Pleasure and Blessings of Allah –Glorified and Exalted is He. For seeking His Blessings upon Prophet Mohammad, his family and followers up to the Last Day, upon Ameer-e-Kabir Shah-e-Hamdan Syed Ali Hamdani and all his progeny, especially upon Syed Ahmed Kabir Hamdani aka Shah Sultan Bilavil Hamdani and all his progeny, especially upon Syed Baqir Shah Hamdani, his son Syed Noori Shah Abdullah Hamdani, his son Syed Pehlwan Shah Hamdani, his son Syed Burhan Shah Hamdani, his son Peer Syed Sayden Shah Hamdani and his son Syed Ghulam Abbas Shah Hamdani and his progeny.

2- Hamdani Family Cemetery at Bilawal
3- Farm land and Hamdani Farm House at Bilawal
4- Farm land and Hamdani Farm House at Danda Shah Bilawal
That were left by Hazrat Syed Ghulam Abbas Shah Hamdani –RA are transferred to a Non-Profit Charitable Registered Trust -“Hazrat Syed Ghulam Abbas Shah Hamdani Memorial Trust” (HMT). HMT is a Sadqa-e-Jaria or a perpetual charity. The main office of HMT is at Bilawal, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi and the office manager is Syed Abdul Baseer Hamdani. HMT has a sub-office at Danda Shah Bilawal, Tehsil Talagang District Chakwal and the office manager is Syed Abdul Majid Hamdani.
HMT is building - Shah-e-Hamdan Academy Bilawal “SHAB”. HMT will keep the ownership of the building of SHAB. The school/s or educational institutions will be governed by Shah-e-Hamdan Academy Bilawal - “SHAB” which is also a registered non-profit educational organization.
“SHAFFE” Shah-e-Hamdan American Foundation For Education, an Islamic Charity registered at Sacramento, CA USA has pledged to help and support HMT in the building and establishment of SHAB.
